Grove Building preliminary plans
The plans for the new Grove building have been completed and are available in the lobby of the Town Hall. The only change is that the post and beam configuration in the main hall has been eliminated in order to reduce the cost.
In addition, on October 14th, at 7:30 pm in the Town Hall, voters will be asked to approve the expenditure of additional funds from the Grove capital accounts to supplement the grant that has been received and other funds allocated to construct the new building.
Replacement of the building is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2009. Bids have been reviewed for various components of the construction project.
