The office of Senior Services for the Town of Salisbury is a resource to gain information and referral resources for senior citizens and their families. Available local, state, and federal resources include: Medicare, Medicaid, QMB, ConnPace, Prescription Assistance, Heating and Fuel Assistance Programs, Senior Nutrition Site, Meals-On-Wheels, Food Pantries, Transportation to Medical appointments and shopping, Chore Services, Home care, Visiting Nurses, Housing Options, Assisted Living, Hospital Nursing Home Placement, and Healthcare. Including Blood Pressure Screening, AARP Programs, Tax-Aide, Safe Driving, Protective Services, Counseling, Crisis Intervention, Educational Programs, Support Groups, Social Events and Trips.
